As every pasta is a little different, we suggest turning out the bag into a large pot or bowl when ready to serve and potentially adding a little hot water if it looks a little dry, as pasta can absorb moisture during its time in the fridge.

Fully thaw the product in the bag and then immerse it in simmering water for 15 minutes. Alternately, this dish can be microwaved if your vessel has that capacity. Important to add a little water just before service to ensure a glossy, juicy sauce. Enjoy with a little crusty bread and a nice bottle of Red.
