These suppliers below are seperate businesses to Whitsunday Provisioning. Orders and payments must be made directly to each supplier. Ensure you have your order delivered to Whitsunday Provisioning the day before your scheduled delivery and we will include it with your order in one combined delivery direct to your vessel or accomodation house. We’re located within a shopping complex, so using the above address will help ensure your order arrives in the right place.

Orders must be placed a minimum of 5 days in advance. All external orders must be delivered to Whitsunday Provisioning the DAY BEFORE you request delivery to your berth.

This ensures that we have enough time to coordinate & collate all your external orders (& chase anything that may be missing).

What this might look like:

If you are departing on a Saturday (with your Whitsunday Provisioning Order delivered to you in the morning)

Friday – Your external orders (Friendly Grocer, FISHI, Prickly Pineapple & third party suppliers) need to be delivered to us (the above address)

Saturday– We will consolidate ALL of your orders (including alcohol, ice, prepared meals and anything ordered direct from Whitsunday Provisioning plus any additional orders from our third party suppliers) direct to your vessel or accomodation house in one easy, stress free delivery.

We’re happy to receive online deliveries for orders from Woolworths; however, please note that there is a $100 packaging & service fee applies to all orders outside of our 3 preferred providers (per order). We require your Woolworths delivery to arrive to us the day prior to your provisions delivery to ensure no delay in your delivery.

Monday-Friday: delivery between 8am-4pm

Saturday: delivery between 8am-12pm

Unfortunately, we cannot accept grocery deliveries on Sundays.

Yes, we can often accommodate late notice orders; however, this depends on our current capacity and staffing levels. Please contact us directly on 0497 006 794 so we can discuss your requirements and do our best to assist.

Need something a little outside the box? If you can’t find what you’re looking for on our website or through our preferred providers, please send us an email. We have a wide network of trusted suppliers and are often able to source special requests.
