Description

Foil wrapped and ready for BBQ or oven. Serves 2

Instructions :Remove from bag and place foil (crease side down) direct onto preheated medium BBQ for 7 minutes, turn and cook a further 6 minutes. Let stand for a further 5 minutes in warm space (on top of closed BBQ hood is great idea. Open foil and enjoy. Be aware this is “on the bone”.

Ingredients: (gf) Farmed baby barramundi, garlic, ginger, chili, shallots and soy sauce
