7 Different Daily Options
Option one:
Breakfast: Fruit juice, cereal, toast with a selection of jam and spreads.
Morning tea: Choose from tea, coffee, sweet biscuits, muffins or fresh fruit.
Lunch: Thai Beef salad
Sunset pre–Dinner Nibbles: Make your own platter may include cheeses, nuts, dips, antipasto items and crackers.
Dinner: Premium Barbecue package of Eye Fillet steak, Tasmanian Lamb cutlet and sausages w/ onions and red wine jus, served w/team vegetables.
Option two:
Breakfast: Free range eggs with bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms and toast.
Morning tea: Choose from tea, coffee, sweet biscuits, muffins or fresh fruit.
Lunch: Cooked local king prawns with dipping sources, specialty breads and pasta salad.

Dinner: BBQ butterfly Lemon Thyme Chicken with a Greek salad and yoghurt dressing.
Option three:

Lunch: Beef burger w/ sliced cheese. Pickles and onions.

Dinner: Butterfly barbecue Lamb leg, Duck fat potatoes and vegetables suits 5 to 7 guests. Smaller bookings substitute with lamb cutlets.
