Cook in a bag in simmering water, pour and serve.
One of the dishes which was unchanged on our famous seafood restaurant menu for over 20 years.
Instructions :Thaw bag before use if frozen. Manipulate fish pieces inside bag with hands so pieces of fish are well separated through the sauce. Place bag in a pot of just simmering water for 10 minutes. Heat rice the same way or microwave if your vessel has this option. Pour rice into bowl, cut top off curry. Pour and serve.
Ingredients: Fresh local mackerel fillets, rice, coconut cream, sweet chili sauce, lime juice, kaffir lime leaves, lemon grass, garlic, brown onion, chili, coriander, palm sugar, fish sauce, rogan josh curry paste. May contain traces of nuts.
