Description

½ garlic butter tropical Rock Lobster. ½ raw tropical lobster (approx 600 grams per ½ lobster) rubbed with roasted garlic & parsley butter ready for BBQ cooking.

Instructions : Shell side down for 6 minutes to allow the butter to melt through the flesh and turn and cook for further 5 minutes
