Diamond Package - Provisioning


The Diamond package is our ultimate 3 day luxury package. It’s for when you want to indulge yourself and your fellow travellers! The gourmet menu provides beautiful breakfasts, succulent seafoods, mouth-watering meat, together with delicious desserts.

Like all of our packages, the Diamond package will give you everything you need for 3 days. If your holiday is for longer, we suggest you complement your 3 day Diamond package by topping up the extra days using any of our other Packages or selecting meals from our Easy Plan Menu.

What is NOT included in the package is water and beverages, being alcoholic and non-alcoholic (ie soft drinks). We are often asked about whether you should buy bottled water, please refer to our FAQ’s.

Below is the Diamond menu. Minimum order is for 2 people for 3 days.

DAY 1 Fruit juice, eggs benedict with bacon and baby spinach on an English muffin You will have a selection of tea (Twinings & Lipton), coffee (ground & instant), sweet/savoury biscuits, muffins and fresh fruit Make your own roll with sliced cold meats and fresh garden salad Make your own platter with cheeses, nuts, dips, pate, kabana, antipasto items and chips Pre-prepared King Prawn and Bug platter and complimentary bottle of Australian Prosecco (must be consumed on the first day).
DAY 2 Fruit juice, individual greek yoghurt with mixed berries and preserved fruit. Croissant with gourmet ham, avocado and swiss cheese Shucked South Australian oysters and cooked local king prawns with dipping sauces, specialty bread and a Mediterranean salad Premium rib fillet steak with bearnaise sauce, sauteed vegetables and parbake dinner rolls
DAY 3 Fruit juice, eggs with sausages, fried tomato sprinkled with thyme, sourdough toast and relish New York style bagels with smoked salmon, cucumber, cream cheese and fresh chives Western Australian lobster dinner with crisp caesar salad
DAY 4
OR MORE		 After Day 3, choose your additional days and/or meals from our Packages or Easy Plan Meals to suit the length of your holiday. If a package is chosen for the additional days, we will provide the meals in day order shown on the relevant menus.
